This course explores the latest legal issues that Ohio Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Columbus Realtors distribute. We will talk about the History of Agency Law. Also, topics will be addressed from the legal libraries of Ohio and National Association of Realtors. We will talk about Clear Cooperation, which was newly added in May of 2020 and surveillance video Ohio Laws. Buckle up it will be a brain dump of information.
